Home Assistant MCP server and API

Home Assistant ships its own MCP Server integration, so you can connect an agent without a third-party server. There is also the Home Assistant API (REST) and five community MCP servers that add more tools. All need a long-lived access token or a sign-in to your Home Assistant.
